Antique Victorian Albert Chain 9ct Gold With T-Bar Semi-Precious_Garnet colour and clarity (VS –A grand antique Victorian Albert chain from the late 19th Century consisting of long twisted links, with smaller knot links in between. All are crafted in solid yellow gold and bear 375 9ct stamps upon each link. Albert chains were popularised and named after Prince Albert, Queen Victorias consort in the 19th Century and were traditionally worn by gentlemen to secure a pocket watch to the buttonhole of a waistcoat. Today, they are also worn as stylish
